How is Supply Watch different from Google Alerts or a news subscription?
Google Alerts surface every mention. We filter by supplier, dedupe across sources, score for severity, and only surface what's material. Most customers see 5-10 alerts a week across 100+ suppliers, not 500.
How accurate is the severity scoring?
We combine rule-based scoring (signal type × source reliability × recency) with LLM-based extraction for nuance. Every score shows its components, so your team can override with context we don't have.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export everything as CSV or JSON on the way out. We purge your workspace within 7 days of cancellation. No dark-pattern retention.
Do you support international suppliers?
Yes. News coverage spans 40+ countries. Regulatory and filings coverage is strongest in the US, UK, EU, and Japan today. We add regions on customer demand.
How long does setup take?
A CSV with 50 suppliers is monitored within 15 minutes. API integration with an ERP takes about a day with our team pairing on it.
